Hello, I am purifying phage and after 5 times of plaque extraction I still see two types of large plaques and one small plaque, of course the number of large plaques is about 80% more. Has the purification been done? Or should I use a more appropriate method for purification?
It is not clear to me what you are looking at for the differences. The large plaques all look similar to me and I'm not sure which are the small plaques you reference. Maybe you could annotate your picture and circle one or two examples of each. But to my eyes they all mostly look the same.

I think those are not different phages but just different plaque morphologies. You often see smaller and larger plaques with a lysate that is not a genetic difference. It may be a late absorbing phage and the plaque is smaller because it was delayed relative to the others.
If you want to be certain, I would pick from the center of one of the small plaques (but well separated from the others) and see if you get the same ratio of small vs large from the small plaque.
