There is obviously a need and a desire for such a publication. Many people have read, and down loaded copies. It is a good teaching tool and acts as an example of how to program manage a complex development program. Many researchers young an old in experience and age need a lesson in Program Management. To learn how to manage complex research, development and how to manage (husband) their and their sponsors resources.

As Dr Wolfgang R. Dick says, it is expected that RG will remove projects rather than publications on 31/03/2023. As such, your publication should remain and people will still be able to read and download your work in the same way.
