Hi everyone,

I urgently need your help with a problem with some tomato Moneymaker plants growing in a growth chamber, under artificial light. In the last days, the leaves of all the plants have started to curl down manifestly. I also noticed that the stem of the plants has become quite thick. I would like to have your opinion on that. You can find a photo below

I am growing the tomato plants in 3.6 L pots, with a substrate (1:1:1 v/v/v) composed of 2 mm soil, quartz sand (0.8-1.2 mm) and vermiculite (< 2 mm). I water the plants every other day with 200 mL of half-strength Hoagland solution. Good growth of these plants is very important for me because they should be subjected to a later drought experiment.

Waiting for your reply,

thank you.
