Hello all,

Our lab has a bacterial bioreactor from Eppendorf (BioFlo 120) that is normally set to read/record trend data (pH, temperature, etc.) over a set number of hours (overnight). We normally see a graph the next morning (the X axis is the time, which usually begins at 4:00pm when we start the reaction) and the Y axis is the desired trend (e.g., pH).

However, recently, we have noticed that only the preceding 2 hours of data are recorded/saved on the output graph; the first ~16 hours are non-existent. If we let it run longer, any data that is older than 2 hours old disappears; the graph only begins at the minus 2-hour time point.

Does anybody with experience with such bioreactors have a clue about what's going on? No settings have been changed at all.
