Why am I getting more length for linkage group in RECORD compare to joinMap?

I have constructed linkage map in JOIN MAP 3.0, using marker order of this linkage group I tried same set in RECORD (REcombination Counting and ORDering) softwere, their is change in marker order also the map length become nearly double compare to Join Map.
