After adding the probe/HB buffer and incubating at 65C ON there are washing steps. my embryos are getting damaged and ruptured around washing solutions 2 and 3 sometimes earlier. it doesn't help that Im using new SSC, Formamide and tRNA. however, I have tried different combinations and still got the same probe. only old buffers (made previously) work fine.
