Who to measure Proton Conductivity of polymer electrolyte membrane through 2 probe method?

I want to measure the proton conductivity of polymer electrolyte membrane through 2 probe system by using Gamry Reference 3000 Potentiostate. Please guide me about the connections of probe with the Gamray and measurements in the softwear.
