Who to define new material using DevEdit and then call it in DevBuild in Silvaco?

Greeting!!

I have tried to define new material using user.material material=ABC user.default permitivity=XXX but it didn't worked. Can anyone please help me, how to define new material using DevEdit and how to call the defined new material in DevBuild in Silvaco TCAD. Any help or examples related to use C-interpreter will also be helpful.
