There are two plants visible in the posted picture. The main focused plant without flowers and fruit is certainly a member of family Fabaceae, while the less visible plant at extreme right in the picture with flowers and fruits looks a member of family Brassicaceae. It is difficult to correctly name the main focused leguminous plant because of the absence of flowers and fruits. I would guess it as some species of Vicia, most probably Vicia ervilia.
