I am looking for studies that show structural test results for concrete made with hemp fibers. Length of fibers, mixture relation, strength and performance over time. I am thankful for any advice.

Depending on your requirements, there are different groups that are conducting research on that.
My colleagues in IFSTTAR (France) are actively working on hempcrete.

There some students at Universite de Sherbrooke who are working on structural concrete using hemp fibers. e.g. Motahareh Rahimi
Well, in our case we call hempcrete when we use hemp aggregates (hemp shiv) with a mineral binder for building insulation. So I am not sure to be the target.
