I haven't used it, but if you don't get any help, these members of ResearchGate might be able to shed some light on RQDA:
Chandra, Y., Chandra, Y., Shang, L., & Shang, L. (2017). An RQDA-based constructivist methodology for qualitative research. Qualitative Market Research: An International Journal, 20(1), 90-112.
My paper attached by Mary is a good reference for installing and using RQDA, but also how to use it for theory building research. Qualitative isnt a good definition for a research that is not testing any data. Theory buidling is a better term than "qualitative." This paper addresses all these issues.
QDA MIner Lite is a very well developed program and it is free. As you might expect from the name and price, it does not have as many features as the full version of QDA Miner (or other equivalent commercial packages), but it might well be enough to meet your needs.
