The First Chinese-European Health Law Conference will be hosted at Tsinghua University, School of Law on May 21st and 22nd, 2016. It is the first high-level dialogue between Chinese and European Health Law Scholars. The Conference will invite representations of EU in China, delegations from WHO, and scholars and researchers on Health Law from both European countries (e.g., France, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, etc.) and China. The Conference will focus on “Patients’ Rights and Legislation on China’s Basic Health Care Law”. The Conference is now inviting and calling for topics and papers to researchers and scholars. The Conference also has a special forum which is designed for young researchers on Health Law. European Journal of Health Law will also participate in this conference, pick over and publish papers.
