Disagree. There is NO apparent beta (or alpha) hemolysis and Proteus would have swarmed.

Ahmed. We can tell you very little other than the streak (it is poor - at least streak for isolated colonies) appears to be consistent with a Gram negative bacterium - at least give us a Gram stain.
