Recently, I wrote a research paper with some Lecturers at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, entitled," Assessment of the Social, Economic, and Environmetal Effects of Soil Erosion in Awka Area, Anambra State, Nigeria. I edited the paper and the onus falls on me to find an online publisher for the paper. I have tried Thomson Reuters, WILEY, SNIP, SCHIMAGO etc to publish it in the Water and Environment journal without success
Please any Researcher who has information on how we can publish the paper online and paper back should not hesitate to contact me as we are working on other research works that will require publication.

You can usually just submit online with the appropriate journal and it will be assessed and either accepted, rejected, or they will ask for revisions. You don't need to contact those organisations you list first :-)

I believe there is no email address for SCIENCE OF THE TOTAL ENVIRONMENT. You should go to the site (www.journals.elsevier.com/science-of-the-total-environment/), then at the bottom under 'authors', click on 'submit your paper'.

While I suspect your manuscript should be published by now since your question is a year old already, I will like to offer my thoughts on some things. First and foremost, Thomson Reuters, WILEY, SNIP, SCHIMAGO are not journals, but they host lots of journals many of which are have high reputation. Am sure there are over 10,000 journals in all these journal houses you mention and am also positive that at least 50 of them would be in your field. You inability to publish after several trials may suggest that your data is of low quality or your writing skills is poor (This is not a statement of fact but an opinion). I suggest you read through your rejection letters and try to see ways to improve the manuscript before submitting such paper in the future. My thoughts may not be direct reflection of what really happened, am just trying to offer you some useful tips for the future.
Victor, I am not surprised by your statement and opinion. We live in a world that we call CIVILIZED. Answer this question for me before I go further. 1) If a MUSLIM wins a nobel prize for anything, will the west give it to him/her? 2) If a MUSLIM consistently breaks western record in education or whatsoever, will the world give it to him/her? This is a divided and partial world. Answer these questions before I go further.
