This error is possible:

1) If the JSET command is repeated on the same coordinates.

2) if the JSET command is used out side the block model geometry.

Dear Abhineet,

This error means that you joint is not cutting the desired block volume. You Joint plane is passing some where in the space away from the block. Again try using JSET command with the origin of Joint plane lying within the desired block.
