I want to break the tensile test, however it does not break during simulation, rather than, it stretches and compresses only, how can i make it break after necking?

It's not material modelling is a element type. search in documentation for cohesive element.

There are material damage models that allow for ductile of brittle failure, like GTN. For the necking and subsequent breaking of a tensile specimen, they may be more appropriate.
