Most entrepreneurial firms like Knowledge -Intensive Business Services (KIBS) run into liquidation and finally pack- up because of the dishonesty of the employees. As such, this project tend to consider ways ethics can be entrenched into the entrepreneurial to enhance optimal performance.

Considering that the dishonesty of employees is the main cause of the fall of such firms does not take into account the reality of the economy. More and more often the employees become workers or contractors which shows clealy that the aim of the firms is not to share the profits and provide benefits, bit only to increase the margins.
The economic world is changing and it is not the dishonesty of workers who is growing...
I suggest you to have a look on these studies, devoted partly to classic economy and gig economy. You will see that the differences are decreasing and not for the welfare of workers!

What develops the culture of entrepreneurship in society and transforms the entrepreneur into a useful element in society, is committing to ethics in any situation, and excelling the interests of subordinates to maintain business.
Entrepreneurs make society, and if ethics, fairness, accountability, conscience and the general interest of entrepreneurs are concerned, the worst economic conditions can not hinder their progress, and society will benefit from the work of these people.
Entrepreneurship should be separated from employment and examine the role of ethics in entrepreneurship itself, ethics, law, entrepreneurship, and employment are multi-linked, with each other having no effect on other sectors.When entrepreneurship is not ethical, and the entrepreneur only considers profits and benefits, this will also lead to job losses.Ethics and entrepreneurship are necessary and mutually reinforcing, and when it comes to the good lawmaking of these two together, employment development is encouraged.
Ethical, moral infrastructure in business is a component of social capital generated in a personal network of business community. Social capital at the business level consists of the following components: trust (emotional at the best), a common sense of identity, ethical infrastructure (values and norms - loyalty among others), and finally - the need of strong and shared reputation. The more frequent, long-lasting and deeper interactions among employees are, the bigger social capital resources you can gain. So logically, it's almost impossible for young businesses to create social capital at once. The only exception is a family business formula. In this case - family social capital from a household is transferred to business as a ready-made, strategic resource. Personally, I think that a similar resource may be transferred into young/startup business by a group of really close friends who may rely on one another at any time and any circumstances. Further process of enhancing social capital, particularly the ethical infrastructure seems to be inspiring if based on partnership dialogue communication. Financial considerations may be a kind of a norm worked out commonly.
