What are the best tactics, suggestions and recommendations that one should adopt while converting a Ph.D. thesis into a Book and who can be the genuine or reputed publishers for it?
PhD thesis publication is an important milestone in the career. Before publishing please check, whether the publisher is in the predatory list or not. if the publisher is asking for money, do think twice.
For PhD thesis it is the topic which is very much interesting for the readers .For pure scientific research conversation of thesis in the book will come out as a restricted topic . The same is true for certain technical areas as only student & readers both on the respected areas can take the advantage of the book .
For other subjects just on literature Management ,Finance , H.r.d in such publication we find more interesting readers for publication of books .
A well-written PhD thesis are highly sought after. There was a time that the ministry in charge of higher education in my country was looking for PhD thesis to convert into books. Be bold to approach the top press. Do not settle for less. All you have to do is to be sure you are not going to infringe on the copyright terms of your alma mater.

To convert an academic thesis into a book for a wide audience, you need to decide on the audience you want to reach. Usually the language will need to be changed from one used in academic writing to one used in everyday speech. The illustrations will need to be easy for a lay audience to understand. Many of the technical and statistical details can be relegated to an appendix.
Some theses can be turned into teaching texts about a specific topic, which would mean an expansion of the literature review and discussion sections of the thesis, with relatively less emphasis on your individual results.
The main thing is to make the scientific language of the thesis clear to a wide range of readers. Otherwise, the monograph will be in demand only by specialists in this area of knowledge.

Depending on the discipline, I think it is probably a more realistic (and professionally valuable approach) to plan a series of peer-reviewed articles that can be quickly produced from your dissertation, rather than a book. One exception might be History, etc., where books are given more weight in professional evaluation etc.
When looking at your dissertation for articles, think, do some of my research questions stand alone in a way that could be written up individually? Can my data chapters be separated into individual articles? Could I perhaps write a methodological reflection? If I don't have enough data on a specific question, is there someone in my field I might be able to write with? Is my lit review worth publishing (i.e. comprehensive enough, meets a gap)?
As an illustration from my own personal experience. I link below first, my doctoral dissertation, and then the three peer-reviewed articles that were written from the work out of it.

I would suggest you dear publish it from well known publisher even though it seems somehow tough in a sense following their all requirements and longer span of time to respond but still that seems to me best option to go for. Such as Rutledge, Sage, Oxford, Cambridge, Macmillan, there are other many. I think once you will follow the guidelines of any good publisher there may be chances to get your work accepted.
