Giving lumped port and simulating the antenna having very less substrate thickness such as 0.1mm or lesser is difficult to simulate. In this regard I would like to know the best port method in HFSS.

Read C. Balanis for the reference because there is restriction and limitation while selecting the substrate thickness. it is related to lambda. one more thing, theoretically, you can imagine this antenna but physically to get experimental results is difficult.
Otherwise, you can opt waveport for simulation in HFSS.

You can also choose the feed which couples an antenna electromagnetically like aperture coupled or proximity coupled feed. This will reduce chances of short between the patch and the ground while soldering and also if any surface dis-continuity occurs.
Try wave port excitation. Before that explore the theoretical concepts of excitation.

Is necessary know more about the antenna (wavelength, dielectric constant, tangent loss, etc). But in normal common situations waveport should work. Good luck
