Hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is the cathode reaction in water electrolysis, while The Oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is also a cathode reaction. I want to know that which two-dimensional materials have good catalytic properties for ORR as compare to HER?
The reduction of dissolved oxygen and the reaction of hydrogen evolution are conditioned by the pH of the water and the potential imposed on the cathode.

My research is about the mechanism study on 2D materials with Oxygen reduction reaction rather than Hydrogen evolution reaction on suitable two-dimensional materials via DFT calculations.
