The physical reversible property needs to be demonstrated to show that the circuit constructed showcase the reversible property. So which technology gives this option or how to implement reversible circuits?
You can use any technology that is present to you the implementation of reversible logic, as i think that i would not matter because the energy dissipation in the irreversible vs reversible circuit is far far smaller than present day technology mos devices heat dissipation.
you have to show energy saved by theoretical calculation by simply multiplying the bits u saved from being lost by the KTln(2) amount of energy(lost per bit) .
and i don't think one have to show that circuit is physically reversible to implement the reversible Logic on any technology , and if so please send me the link or reference that says it , otherwise use transmission gate for implementing it, i have used one in my paper view it attached with the comment.

CMOS is not a good candidate to use for reversible circuit implementation, as it is going to end up in giving energy dissipation for every transition made. Because of the draw back of CMOS researchers are looking out for new computing models and technology.
