I need to know your experiences identifying Gifted and Talented students, or those of other professors you know. Which and what kind of techniques have you used? Do you consider their classification to be important? What parameters could we use for classifying those students according to their behavioral patterns and styles?

I am anxious for enjoying the experiences and views that you would share with us. Thanks in advance.

Good question. Talented is the one who is more hardworking. He never gives up. Whereas gifted is the one who grabs subject immediately with little effort. He is usually short tempered.
