Dear Ruturaj, thank you very much for your Response. I am not yet sure, whether your field of specialization is adequate to my Focus. Actually, I am looking for someone who knows how to address questions e.g. of integrating highly qualified migrants into a new Environment. This involves numerous political, psychological, micro economical or sociological questions. I assume that you don't speak German. But maybe you would like to read one of my English publications (see Attachements). Based on institutional economics, I would like to develop strategies of Integration.
