The 21st century skills are the following:Interaction and Engagement, Collaboration, Adaptability, Self-direction, Leadership and Responsibility,Innovation, Intellectual reasoning, Problem solving, Assessment skills,Media literacy, information communication and technology( ICT),Social and Cross-Cultural and Accountability skills.

I do think this is a very interesting question but which is not easy to answer. First, I would make a distinction by categorising the 21st century skills into three different groups: 1) learning skills, 2) literacy skills, and 3) life skills.
Category 1 learning skills: e.g. creative thinking, critical thinking, collaborating
Category 2 literacy skills: e.g. information skills, technology skills
Category 3 life skills: e.g. social skills, leadership, flexibility
Second, I do think that all three categories are important for future workers, learners.
