I am interested in a Menstrual Hygiene management in LMIC women. I am planning to make a group of women and provide them a menstrual cup and in the other group usual practice. I want to take their pretest and posttest but I can not understand, do I need to take same questions in both the groups or different as both the methods are different. I am confused about the design also, will a mixed method design will be appropriate?
Mamta Parihar , I think you need a treatment group or experimental group (for menstrual cup group) and control group (for usual practice group). You need to have some similar questions / measures for both groups to be able to compare the effect of menstrual cups.

You need to have the same questions for you to make any meaningful variance between the two groups.

I am using a triangulation method design for the above study and there will be three groups one experimental (the new user who has just started it), control and old users of the cup.
