Why observation of anderson localization, in the visible and infrared spectrum is difficult, whereas in the terahertz (due to higher dielectric contrast) it can be observe easily?
please, could somebody explain?

It is because the wavelength is longer, so that the scattering length is less than a wavelength. The article below explains it well.
