Many good sources have been posted already. I will just add that a name (or reputation) is not always sufficient to assure value! Most Journals can be sampled to see if their content and terms are useful to you. I've subscribed on-and-off to many journals over my career. If you are looking for FREE publications (usually embedded in membership fees), be aware that they will usually be the most general. The Organization may publish excellent journals for members at subsidized costs, but the good ones are rarely completely free.
Also, check both online and in libraries for past issues. Even when paying for reprint fees, a great deal of my research support came from finding and obtaining only the essential papers instead of annual subscriptions for much better coverage and reduced overall costs.
