Can anyone recommend an open-source programm to quantify GABA with a MPRESS MR-Spectroscopy? It would be great if it can also calculate a ratio between GABA and Glutamate.
Maybe a bit late, but I would recommend using GANNET for MEGA PRESS spectra analysis (http://www.gabamrs.com/, Edden RA, Puts NA, Harris AD, Barker PB, Evans CJ. Gannet: A batch-processing tool for the quantitative analysis of gamma-aminobutyric acidedited MR spectroscopy spectra. J Magn Reson Imaging. 2014;40(6):1445-1452.)
Or from the same group OSPREY, which is also capable of analyzing unedited spectra (https://github.com/schorschinho/osprey, Oeltzschner, Georg, et al. "Osprey: Open-Source Processing, Reconstruction & Estimation of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Data." bioRxiv (2020). )
Thank you Niklaus, Gannet had a problem with our Siemens Scanner files, so we worked with Tarquin on this question. But i haven't heard of Osprey yet, so i will definitely give that a try, thank you again!
