Can anyone recommend an open-source programm to quantify GABA with a MPRESS MR-Spectroscopy? It would be great if it can also calculate a ratio between GABA and Glutamate.

Maybe a bit late, but I would recommend using GANNET for MEGA PRESS spectra analysis (http://www.gabamrs.com/, Edden RA, Puts NA, Harris AD, Barker PB, Evans CJ. Thank you Niklaus, Gannet had a problem with our Siemens Scanner files, so we worked with Tarquin on this question. But i haven't heard of Osprey yet, so i will definitely give that a try, thank you again!
Yes, Tarquin and Gannet can analyse GABA and Glx. Gannet can also do GSH (if you adapt the MEGA-PRESS sequence) but not NAA and Creatine.
