I am nearing the end of my eight years of efforts on a textbook on the constitutional laws of the US, UK and India. The book is primarily targeted at the law students of Bangladesh and is expected to be published in Bangladesh in December 2022. However, my last-minute dilemma is with the title of the book. First, "Constitutional Laws of the US, UK and Union of India: Cases, Stories and Analyses" appears good. Does the "Union of India" sound wordy? Second, does "The American, British and Indian Constitutions: Cases, Stories and Analyses" sound too casual? Any suggestions or alternative titles will be appreciated and duly acknowledged.
