It depends to the chirality of CNTs. As demonstrated by several researchers, single SWCNT possesses higher piezoresisitivity. However, if you are talking about the thin film structure, piezoresisitive response of the entire thin film is as a function of our design, not piezoresisitivity of individual CNT. It is true, the piezoresistivity depends to several parameters such as alignment, lenght, density, interfacial binding between CNT and matrix, and even fabrication process. These are discussed with details in my recent review paper posted above.
