The CATB and SDS are not considered protein stabilisers, they are detergents so they will denature your protein, however for some proteins like membrane protein or peptides they can help to stabilise the protein in low concentration ~1%.
CATB has higher toxicity so you might want to use SDS, or other safe detergents. You might want to read the attached paper.
