Which model will produce best results at modelling message routing in a computer network? neuro-fuzzy system or genetic algorithms? Also, is it possible to hybridize the two models to enhance efficiency in terms of bandwidth, delay time and cost?

I fully agree with Dhari and Usman, that there is no hard and fast rule to select the particular approach, it is entirely depends on type of applications and network. but it is proved that the efficiency of the modela gets improved if you aplply two or more models together.
