I am not sure what you exactly want to do in your study. A reliable 3D data set of ozone and ozone total columns is the MACC re-analysis, which is available at http://www.copernicus-atmosphere.eu. It is an analysis combining model results and satellite observations as described in Inness et al, 2013.
