Which microscope is the best to observe the ferroelectrics domains?

I use the Trinocular microscope to observe the domains here i attached few images of sample KNbO3 single crystal which is captured by using Trinocular microscope but i am difficult to analysis of domains pattern in this image please provide your expert suggestions.
