If you are lookinf for something oriented to design, there are many advanced prototyping tools (e.g., HotGloo) that allow developers to create prototypes, and stakeholders to test them online and provide feedback while they are testing the prototype.

thank you for your reply, I looked Mantis web site and found it useful, especially for coordinating joint work.

However, I am working on assessment of practice/processes and think about adopting some of proposed frameworks, like CMMI, or developing the specific one.
