Which method of FFT is usefull in analysis of EEG raw data in cerebral palsy patient and why??

I am working on EEG raw signal in cerebral palsy. can any one suggest me which FFT technique is generally used to analysis of the data.

Dear Meena,

You can perform the EEG signal analysis with Fast Fourier transformation using Welch method to obtain the PSD which are plotted power versus frequency.
