There are lots of method available to interpret data but I don't know which is user friendly.

This depends on what your RQs are.
What do you want to find out? - What data do you have access to?
Once you get to know your data - you will see what types of variables you are dealing with, and this will then dictate your analysis.
There is no 'user friendly' analysis. Analysis is dictated by the type of data you have, and your research questions.
