In my analysis, I calculated the mutual coherence value for A= Ф * Ψ . It is observed that "for low coherence values of A matrix, Reconstruction Error is less." But, In some papers, given mutual coherence formula for Phi and in other it is A.
My question is, To calculate mutual coherence, which matrix I need to select?
