plant growth promoting rhizobacteria can be used after studying their functional traits. these will enhance plant growth , offer control against pathogens and help nutrient uptake. these can be selected after specific testing
Veena's suggestion is good. I also suggest you to use mycorrhizal fungi. Grapevines are mycorrhizal. You can use the commercial inoculum from the market or produce yourself in the green house.
use 10-15 % field inoculum with course sand in pots and sow the seeds of maize and sesbania or any legume seeds. Give water one day interval. After 1.5- 2 months inoculum will be ready to use (if the temp is about 30C.).
The following microorganisms were also used as biofertilizers for vine: Chroococcum, Bacillus megaterium , and Bacillus circulans, , in different studies(see for example, V. Raicevic, B. Sivcev, M. Jakovljevic, S. Antic, B. Lalevic : (2004) The Environmental Impact of Viticulture: "The influence of Biofertilizer Type Om Wine Quality and Soil Microbiological Activity"Acta Horticulturae 652, 309-314.
