The journal is suitable for publishing a paper that has the same exact specialization of research and excellent credibility and is issued by a respected global eagle such as Springer, Elsevier, Nature, Science or Willy ........
Dear Guru,
Springer is good. Elsevier is little tough as a publication house. Wiley for book and chapter and Nature for advance research.
Other journals are good. Now money matters a lot for publication house.
Just choose one of them.

Better to check your references. the journal that you cite more, probably can be the first choice for paper submission.
