Gourab Das yes, these are also very good journals in the field of molecular and crystal structures. It should, however, e noted that a journal like Crystal Growth and Design does not accept just crystals structure reports, but they want a "full story".
Mehdi Khalaj I agree with Gulzar Ahmad Bhat in that the Journal of Molecular Structure is also a good choice. It has an impact factor of 2.436 (see link to the homepage of the journal).
if you want to publish ONE crystals structure - together with a short description of the synthesis/spectroscopy - the aforementioned journals Z. Kristallogr. - New Crystal Structures and Acta Crystallographica E are the most appropriate ones. But even between these two journals the policy of acceptance is different. For example Z. Kristallogr. - New Crystal Structures wants to see a plausible formula. Thus, I recommend that you check some new articles in each journal and eventually read the current Editorial.

Just google "journal finder". Copy paste your report title and abstract into there. You will get a full list of relevant journals and you can also apply different search filters.
T. H. Al-Noor I agree with you in that "Crystal Growth & Design" is an excellent journal. However, they will never publish just a "crystal structure report". To get a paper accepted in this journal, you need to have a full story on an interesting subject.
Publishing only crystal structure is not a good idea. It would be better if you could do literature survey for related structure and find out what are the novelties of your structure and what could be its property and application. Accordingly do some easiest possible characterizations depending upon the instruments/resources you have for its property and application. Finally make a story of it and publish it. I would recommend following journals in preference order depending upon the novelty of work-
Crystal Growth & Design>CrystEngComm>Tetrahedron=Polyhedron>Journal of Applied Crystallography=Journal of Molecular Structure> Journal of Chemical Crystallography.
Sometimes there is a compound, which is worth publishing together with the synthesis, analytical data and a short story. As mentioned before Acta Crystallographica E, Z. Kristallogr. NCS, J. Chem. Crystallogr., X-ray Structure Analysis Online are journals which are focused on structure reports.
But Mohd Wasim: Journals like CrystEngComm (general scope) normally do not accept one crystal structure with a limited story.
Dear Mohd Wasim. During the last years some submissions crossed my desk, which were created according to your "cooking recipe", to be be accepted in a journal with an impact factor >2. In these cases normally several quantum chemical methods are applied, Hirshfeld surfaces and Energy frameworks are calculated, hydrogen bond graph sets are given, weak forces like CH...pi and pi...pi interactions are discussed in detail etc. .
But at the end of the day, its a crystal structure report of one compound.
