Actually, I'm working in the shape leaf description. In our research about state of art, we have found inconsistencies in shape-concepts used for many researchers. Now, we need feed our state of art with the majority references about concepts used in description of shape leaves. We have some references such as Gray (1888), Lawrence (1951), Font Quer (1982), Stearn (1992), Harris (1997), Moreno (1984), Singh (2010), Gonzales & Betancour (2013) and Ellis et. al. (2009). Our group are evaluating concepts of leaf shape such as Lanceolate, Ovate, elliptic, Obovate, oblong and others.
Could you please tell me more references about it?

If you mean the general leaf shapes, you can follow any glossary for plant taxonomy. For example, Kew Garden plant glossary, etc. If there are very specific species that you are studying you can look to the flora or taxonomic key and follow the description in those keys.
"Botanical Latin" by Willian Stearn has a good section on shape, length:breadth ratio and so on, has good illustrations as well. This would be a good starting point, I think, and you can refine more as you see fit.
