We are putting together a proposal for carrying out a qualitative study on menopause, of the grounded theory type, aimed at exploring and describing the expectations and experiences of midlife transition among women between the ages of 50 and 60 years resident in a semi-urban geographical area of the african region.

For better or worse, very few qualitative articles report on the interview questions that they ask. So, I do not think that you will an existing interview guide on menopause.
If you are doing grounded theory, then I would strongly recommend that you combine the data collection and data analysis. In this case, that would mean conducting a small set of initial interviews, then doing a preliminary analysis of them, and then revising the interview questions to reflect your emerging sense of the most important issues. You might need to go through this cycle more than once. Charmaz's book on Constructing Grounded Theory (2nd ed.) has a very clear explanation of this process.
It is difficult to respond unless the purpose of the proposal is better known, and there are some general questionnaires and teaching tools which could be modified. There was an article published “Behavioral pattern of menopausal Nigeria women” which is quite interesting. It can be found at:

Those of us in clinical practice who care for women have known for some time that the symptoms of menopause last for many years. This observation is just recently being confirmed in publications. In the population I worked, the interrelationship between metabolic syndrome and type 2 DM was an additional consideration in the health advice given. This is a subject which can certainly use some interest and investigation. dot
