Which is the difference between CNTs and ground CNTs?

I'm currently making a research about nanotechnologies, in particular carbon nanotubes, and in a few articles I read "ground CNTs" but I can't make out the difference with "regular" CNTs and I can't find articles or reviews that explain it (maybe it's just me that can't look it up).

So, if you could help me to understand what a ground CNT is I will be grateful.
