I have an inference Bayesian tree with polytomies. I think this is because the nodes with PP less than 0.5 collapse. Reviewing the manual, I only find that in one part says: "Model probabilities above 0.050". Reviewing other Mr.Bayes manuals, I find that these commands Minprob , Minpartfreq and Displaygeq determine the minimum probability, but I don't know how to use them in the block. Does anyone know what the proper command is for this case and how to use it, please? Thanks very much.
