Which is the best houskeeping gene for rtPCR in Enterobacter cloacae?

We are doing the rtPCR by using rpoD as a housekeeping gene, however, we found the rpoD was changing under the conditions of that with or without antibiotics. It is problematic.

Do you have any suggestion?
