How can I remove all of algae (include microalgae) out of water but maintain bacteria in water. Which size of microfiltration membrane should I use?

i dont think you can do that. because the range of size of both of these is ovrlapping. but you can get around that in different ways like separating your algae on plates that has an antibiotic to keep alage and kill bacteria or add an algicide and keep bacteria ... something like that. i can help more if i know the details
