it depends on type of application. For instance, hybridation of carbon fiber and flax fiber is very common in sporting equipment. Some examples are surfing and ski boards, race bikes and tennis rackets. The epoxy resin is usually used as the matrix for these hybrid composites.
I know.which fiber is it use to be areo space application ?many researchers discovered in many types of composites. is It all used? Which fiber is it highest use (natural fiber composite or hybrid composite)?
Aerospace is one of the largest and one of the most important markets for composites industry. both in commercial and military aircraft as well as space craft they all make substantial use of composites (for interior and outside).
they use wide variety of fibers; aramids, carbon fiber, glass fiber, and natural fibers. I know that Boeing has started using flax fiber for the interior of their aircraft for several years now. I do not know any other particular use of natural fibers in aerospace, but i am sure there are some other applications.
I think as far as hybridization, natural fibers like flax, jute, hemp and kenaf have a great use in automotive industry.
I have attached a useful document that can give you some general idea of composite use in aerospace.
ok, sir, Sisal and jute fiber are used for many applications. Are you know particularly, which component does it use? which fiber composite used? many researchers discovered (Sisal +jute) Hybrid composite material.Fiber strength, you want Elongation increase different chemical to use. which hybrid composite is it used highest mechanical properties, tensile, elongation? which parts is it used aerospace application? what is the composite used in the aerospace application now?
Every people can use different types of fibres and different variety of resins..But the ultimate point is the application of u r composite material....and u talk about Natural Fibre...for highest strength..Some people say flax..others hemp...Why u need highest strength material...In what all areas composites r used....Make a composite with any natural fibre...u can use even synthetic with natural fibre(hybrid). or add filler material.....it gives some strength more than indiviual natural fibre or matrix material..And u should find a application for u r composite...if u r composite can be used in house hold applications..it will be great reward...And till nw None of the authors had achieved only with natural fibre in making composite material in application level..if they achieved they r using synthetic mix...But those people won't tell any truth to world.....Because natural fibres r hydrophilic in nature....Many problems r there....Everyone needs a paper only..Not a application..And one thing everything depends upon rule of mixtures....weight fraction of fibres..resin etc...
