After synthesis, nanoparticles tends to agglomerate in dried form, So we generally store them in solvent till use. It is ok? Water is the most commonly used solvent, do we have other choices to store inorganic nanoparticles including CaSO4, CaSiO3 etc.
Nanoparticles that react in water are at times stored in ethanol solutions. Your nanoparticles may dissolve in water so might want to (1) prepare them just before use, or (2) store them in non-aqueous media like ethanol, or (3) just leave them as dry powder and use sonication to break up the agglomerates in water suspension when you are ready to use them.

You also have to check the stability of your particles in the solvant and if the encpasulated drug is release during storage.
Adeyemi S. Adeleye: Sir, as per your third suggestion, can sonication disperse the nanoparticles properly to be analysed on nanoscale, which are stored/agglomerated from a week?
Likely in dry state nanoparticles will form strong aggregates. Maybe this can be suppressed by adding an excipient, maybe sugar?
In solution minor dissolution may cause Ostwald ripening. It will be slower if solid concentration is low but than dissolution will lead to a reduction in size over time. Storing in saturated solution, however, should fasten Ostwald ripening. Storage in high viscosity solution like sucrose or glycerol solutions should slowdown settling and Ostwald ripening alike. You can also consider protecting the surface by adding anionic surfactant in sufficient amount to make the particles hydrophilic.
These are theoretic considerations. What will work best has to be evaluated on the concrete case. Storage over one week should not be the problem in most cases.
