hence our approach to supplementation of fatty acids in the diet needs modification.
1.We need total fish to eat, not just fish oil, because fish peptides could be much more protective than fish oil.
2.We need both, omega-6 and omega-3 fats in the diet, because both are beneficial.However, excess of omega-6 may be pro-inflammatory if there is lower omega-3 fatty acids in the diets.
